The form below is provided for your convenience in registering to participate in the 2008 Oklahoma Compensation & Benefits Survey. When you register, The State Chamber will send you (by email) the participant submission kit which will contain the survey job descriptions and several spreadsheets to complete with the appropriate data.
Submission Kits will be available June 2, 2008 for participation in the 2008 Oklahoma Compensation Survey. The deadline for data to be submitted will be August 18, 2008.
All Survey participants receive a copy of the Executive Summary for FREE and participants are eligible to purchase the detailed Survey report at the discounted price of $275. The Benefits Survey is available with the purchase of the Compensation Survey for an additional charge of $175.Privacy:
It is the policy of The Quorum Group that personal information gathered through submission of data to The Quorum Group will be used for the purpose of administration of the respective assignment and/or survey for which it was submitted.
