	Oklahoma Benefits Survey: The 2009 Oklahoma Benefits Survey™ is optional and can be purchased with the Oklahoma Compensation Survey™ for an additional $200 plus applicable taxes, postage and handling. Members of The State Chamber receive a discount.
	Executive Summary: Don't want the details! Get selected key points and Statewide summary data for just $95 plus tax. The full purchase price is applicable to the future purchase of the full survey if you decide later that you do want all the details. This Executive Summary will be emailed to you. It is in Adobe Acrobat format and can be easily viewed or printed by using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
