The Oklahoma Economic Development Council Compensation Survey will provide Economic Development organizations with timely and accurate wage and salary data for selected ED positions throughout Oklahoma. Participation is available to all ED organizations. This confidential survey collects data as of March 1, 2002 and is scheduled for publication in early June.

Participation is easy. Simply fill out the on-line enrollment form below. Your Submission Kit will be emailed to you.

Each participating organization matches their positions to the respective Survey job descriptions, noting the level of match in job content and provides wage/salary and other pay related information for each job.

The Oklahoma Economic Development Council Compensation Survey will provide:

• Confidentiality, which is important in light of recent state and federal decrees. The exchange of salary information "must avoid the appearance of collusion";
• Reliable and timely wage and salary information, and
• Comprehensive analysis regarding external competitiveness.

Survey results are presented in an easy-to-use format to preserve confidentiality and allow detailed analysis for each position. The survey will provide summary tabular results showing:

• The lowest, average, highest and median pay practices for each job along with the number of organizations that pay bonuses/incentives, and the average bonus/incentive paid.
• Pay practices for each position based upon pertinent demographic and organizational information such as: location and population, type of organization, revenue, budget, and/or number of employees.
• Salary administration practices such as types of salary increases, method of distributing increases, last merit budgets, and the prevalence of various reward systems.
• Information regarding benefits such as prevalence of practices and cost sharing arrangements for each.

The form below is provided for your convenience in registering to participate in the Oklahoma Economic Development Council Compensation Survey. When you register, The Quorum Group will send you (by email) the participant submission kit which will contain the survey job descriptions and several spreadsheets to complete with the appropriate data.

Privacy:
Information gathered through submission of this form to The Quorum Group will be used for the purpose of administration of the Oklahoma Economic Development Council Professionals Salary Survey. The Quorum Group does not release personal information to any other party.
