As a service to our clients and the business community, Quorum Compensation Group, Inc. is conducting the 2012 (5th Annual) Compensation & Employment Outlook to determine the impact on compensation of the current "state of affairs". Last year, two hundred twenty five (225) organizations provided their input and data from Oklahoma and Texas. Survey results are provided with tabular data, charts and analysis for all organizations with selected sub-cuts for Oklahoma and Texas, Manufacturing / Industrial and Service / Other and organization size. Tabular data is presented for Non-Exempt (Hourly / Operations), Non-Exempt (Administrative / Office Clerical) and Exempt employee groups; Please register, complete the survey questionnaire and return the Excel workbook by February 29, 2011. This is a very short survey; it will only take about 15 minutes to complete. All participants will receive the 2012 Compensation & Employment Outlook for Oklahoma and Texas Report for free.
