The survey contains summary data for each position. The lowest, average, highest and median pay as well as the 25th and 75th percentiles. The number of organizations that pay bonuses/incentives are also reported for each job. Data is also summarized and compared based upon organization size and annual budget. Use of this Survey helps businesses determine the appropriateness of compensation & benefits programs. It enables them to accurately compare their wage or salary with the actual pay practices and develop, implement and monitor an overall pay policy that supports the corporate strategy. Salary administration practices reported include types of salary increases, method of distributing increases, merit increase budgets, the prevalence of various reward systems, and paid time off. The Survey provides important information regarding the prevalence of various benefits and the cost sharing arrangements. There was no charge to participate and no purchase was required. Survey results will be forwarded to all participants in April free of charge. If you did not participate in this survey, the results will be available for $75 for Center members or $200 for nonmembers.
